Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways and Philippine Airlines have entered into a strategic alliance aimed at enhancing travel options between Doha and Manila, thereby providing improved connectivity for passengers from the Philippines heading to Qatar and beyond.
Beginning June 16, 2025, Philippine Airlines will operate daily nonstop flights between Manila and Doha. Qatar Airways will codeshare on these seven weekly flights during the initial phase of this collaboration.
The flights will leave Manila at 18:50, arriving in Doha at 23:40, allowing travelers from the Philippines to connect seamlessly to over 170 destinations within the Qatar Airways network, which includes regions across Africa, the Americas, Central Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Passengers will experience the luxury of transferring at Hamad International Airport (DOH), recognized as the World’s Best Airport in the Middle East by Skytrax in 2025.
Additionally, travelers arriving in Doha on Qatar Airways can easily connect to Philippine Airlines flights, which depart daily from Doha at 01:30, ensuring a convenient afternoon arrival at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 16:15.

The two airlines will also look into further opportunities for long-term cooperation, including promoting additional destinations within their respective networks and enhancing frequent flyer programs.
The daily nonstop flights will be conducted using Philippine Airlines’ long-range Airbus A330-300 aircraft, featuring a dual-class layout with 18 flat-bed seats in Business Class and 341 seats in Economy Class.
