The recent murder of a 17-year-old in Seelampur, North East Delhi, has drawn attention to a woman known as Ziqra, who refers to herself as the "lady don" and has gained notoriety for her social media presence and alleged criminal activities.
Ziqra is often spotted in Seelampur brandishing a pistol, and she was seen waving the weapon during Holi festivities. Her actions have led to legal trouble, resulting in a case against her under the Arms Act.

Ziqra, who has a profile picture featuring a Palestinian flag, boasts over 15,300 followers on Instagram under the handle "sher_di_sherni_00," where she identifies herself as "lady don." Many of her recent posts depict her dancing to various songs, often in public spaces.
One of her posts, which has since been deleted, showed her smiling at the camera while being arrested by police in connection with the Arms Act case. She has recently been released from custody.
Previously, Ziqra worked for the wife of a gangster and is now believed to lead her own gang consisting of 10 to 15 members.
